Customer relationship module adds marketing benefits

Demand for our web system for managing WEEE compliance across Europe continues to grow. After piloting with several clients, this week we launched a new customer relationship module which adds valuable marketing benefits.

Hosted on your comapny's own website, the WEEE web system enables you to gain feedback from your customers on product satisfaction and after-sales service. Customers wishing to use the WEEE collection and recycling system are required to complete a marketing questionnaire which is e-mailed to your company. As part of the questionnaire, customers are required to enter valid model numbers to gain authorisation to use the system.

This provides a great opportunity to assess the quality of service provided by resellers and distributors that we are using to sell our products in particular countries.
