Member state requirements
Manufacturers and importers of electrical and electronic equipment are required to register as the 'WEEE producer' in every Member State where they sell products. In many member states, the producer must display a 'WEEE Registration Number' on invoice documentation. Failure to register can prevent products being sold in some member states.
The WEEE registration process and deadlines are different in every member state. If your company is required to register as a WEEE producer in a member state, you will also be required to finance collection and recycling of waste equipment arising from sales of your products in that member state. Our services cut through the confusion and help you to meet all your obligations.
